Helpdesk Technician -Fixed term contract

  • 4 month contract
  • Large FMCG, Mt Wellington based!
  • Must have SAP knowledge!

Join an exceptional team of enthusiastic individuals all looking to provide a high level of customer service to this large and well established Mt Wellington based pharmaceutical wholesaler and supplier. Covering maternity leave, this fixed term contract runs from June through to October 2009.

This company stands true to its' 'Can Do, Will Do' attitude and it drives all their activities; therefore it is paramount that your philosophy parallels this motto. Your primary focus is ensuring servers, PC's and peripheral devices, hardware & software are functioning properly so the end users can accomplish business tasks. You will need to use your initiative and be able to monitor, prioritise, document and resolve end user help requests on both Unix and SAP.

We're looking for someone who has fantastic written and oral communication skills, proven analytical and problem solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
